Requirements:

Research proposal approved by the parent institution (university, college, etc.) must be obtained.
Obtain collect permits issued by the Ministerio del Ambiente (when applicable).
Obtain permits for accessing genetic resources issued by the Ministerio del Ambiente (when applicable).
